Floratech IPM India is coming

The cooperation of the German Trade Fair organisation Messe Essen with the Indian Media Today Group for the organisation of the Floratech IPM India trade fair has now been sealed. Oliver P. Kuhrt and Egon Galinnis, directors of the German Trade Fair organisation, and Baqar Naqvi, CEO of the Indian media and publishing group, have signed the contract. This event is scheduled to take place for the first time from the 22 to 24 August 2014 in the southern Indian city of Bangalore. First exhibitor registrations and inquiries have already been received. The organisers are planning a 3000 m2 area, half of which will be used by the Indian and the other half by international exhibitors. Furthermore sightseeing tours to Indian horticultural farms are being planned. Bangalore is known as a focal point for the green industry of India. The country has the world’s largest area under cultivation after China.
