Multichannel enormous growth

This offer accounts for seven per cent of Homebase’s total sales

The multichannel sales of the British DIY chain Homebase increased by 53 per cent in the last financial year (end: 1 March 2014). This equates to seven per cent of the retailer’s total revenue. Goods ordered online can either be delivered directly to customers’ homes or can be collected at a local Homebase store. Approximately 15 000 products can be bought using this system. The company has announced a newly designed website and a new app for this current financial year.
