Martin Essl, son of the Baumax founder, is now chairman of the supervisory board

Karlheinz Essl (75) has given up his mandate as chairman of the five member supervisory board of Baumax. The new chairman is his son Martin Essl. The founder of the Austrian DIY operator also stepped down from all his other committee positions within the company.
