Fitt increases its presence in France

The Italian hose manufacturer Fitt has made an acquisition to strengthen its position in the French market. Its subsidiary Comecap, through which Fitt has been represented in France since 1994, has acquired the French company CNCP Bordet. In addition to the wholesale and B-to-B business, CNCP Bordet has been involved in hypermarkets and the DIY and garden trade for more than 30 years. It markets garden hoses, plastic connectors and accessories, pumps and subsurface watering systems under the Techno brand.
