Positive quarter for Kesko

The Finnish Kesko Group ended the first quarter with a positive result for its building and home improvement trade division. Sales increased by 4.1 per cent on the comparable period last year to € 593.4 mio. The international share of € 297.2 mio, which now makes up more than half the total, grew by 4.6 per cent. On the home market in Finland the building and home improvement division expanded by 3.5 per cent to € 296.2 mio.
