Anniversary in Japan

This year the Japan DIY Homecenter Show, a trade fair open to the public, is being held for the 50th time. The organisers, the Japan DIY Industry Association, hopes to reach its goal of 600 exhibitors at the anniversary event. Last year’s total came to 412 companies with 925 stands. The event saw the attendance of 22 015 trade visitors on the first day, and the overall attendance figure came to 86 326 visitors. The show will be staged in the Makuhari fair complex on the outskirts of Tokyo from 28 to 30 August 2014.
