Awarding of sustainability prize

Knipex-Werk, a German manufacturer of pliers, and Izar Cutting Tools, a Spanish producer, are the winners of the Eisen 2014 CSR Awards. Within the context of a festive awards ceremony at the Cologne International Hardware Fair the companies were honoured for their commitment in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable company management. This was the second time that the German BHB retailers association and Koelnmesse have used the occasion to award these prizes to innovative companies that combine economic success with social responsibility and environmentally compatible operating methods.
