Obi opening in Rjasan

After several weeks’ delay Obi, a German DIY retail chain, brought into operation its new store in the Russian city of Rjasan in mid-February. This opening had originally been scheduled for 2013. The store is situated in the M5-Mall, a shopping centre. It offers a range of more than 50 000 articles on a sales area of 11 200 m². Rjasan has a population of more than 500 000 and is located 200 km south-east of Moscow.
