Sir Ian Cheshire

Ian Cheshire, CEO of Kingfisher, has been knighted by Queen Elizabeth II and is now called Sir Ian. The knighthood has been awarded in acknowledgment of his services to business, sustainability and the environment. In addition to working for the British DIY group, Sir Ian is involved with a number of other organisations and associations: as chairman of the Prince of Wales Corporate Leaders Group on Climate Change, for instance, and as president of the Business Disability Forum President’s Group.
