New finance director at Baumax

As of 1 October 2013 Marcus Pechlaner, 48, will take on the position of finance director of Baumax AG, Klosterneuburg, following the departure of Werner Neuwirth-Riedl from the company on 30 June 2013. Pechlaner was most recently finance director of Constantia Flexibles. Once this change is complete the board of Baumax AG will be made up as follows: Martin Essl, CEO; Michael Hürter, COO (sales, purchasing and marketing); Marcus Pechlaner, CFO; and Elmar Weinert, property, insurance and legal affairs.
