Rendez-vous for the DIY world

The record number of 602 delegates from 42 countries is reported for the 2nd Global DIY Summit, which began in Rome today. At the two-day event leading manufacturers and retailers from the DIY industry worldwide will get to grips with the challenges posed by multi-channel and the need for innovation. The highlight will be this evening’s presentation of the 2nd Global Lifetime Award to Manfred Maus, the founder of Obi, within the framework of a gala dinner.
