Change in leadership at True Value

A change in leadership is impending at True Value, an American cooperative organisation: the current president and CEO Lyle Heidemann will retire on 31 May 2013 after eight years on the board, after which he will act as consultant to the company until the end of the year. His successor is John R. Hartmann, currently CEO of Mitre 10 in New Zealand. Prior to that he spent eight years at Home Depot.
