Cooperation with Euro Delkredere

Baumax will in future be working in cooperation with Euro Delkredere, an internationally active provider of services in the field of central settlement with del credere cover that is based in Germany. Consequently the Austrian DIY market leader now has another partner to cover the consumer goods business, in addition to its existing trade credit insurers. The company reports that this new cooperation will make available additional hedging volumes for goods deliveries. At the end of 2012 Baumax finalized the financing of the group’s reorganisation to 2015 with all the banks involved.
