The group is selling its shares in the Bâtiself stores in Luxembourg

Praktiker wants to divest itself of its shares in the Bâtiself stores in Luxembourg. Up to now the German group has been the majority partner with a 62 per cent stake in Bâtiself S. A., Luxembourg, which operates three DIY stores in the Grand Duchy. The undertaking is regarded as profitable. The selling process has already been set in motion. The minority shareholding of 38 per cent is currently in the hands of Luxembourg partners.
