Amazon at the DIY Summit

Dr Douglas Gurr, vice president of Amazon, will be a speaker at the 2nd Global DIY Summit. An announcement to this effect has come from the manufacturers’ association FEDIYMA, which is organising the congress in Rome on 6 and 7 June 2013 in tandem with EDRA, a retail association. A record number of participants are expected to attend the event. All of the world’s leading DIY retailers will be represented by their top management, according to the organisers. Home Depot and Lowe’s are among those they named.
