Almost seven per cent for Bunnings

Chain reports growth in Australia and New Zealand, including like-for-like

Bunnings saw a sales increase of 6.7 per cent in the third quarter of its 2012/2013 financial year (January – March) compared with the same period last year, and a sales total of AUS $ 1.858 bn. The home improvement division of the Wesfarmers retail group recorded a 4.0 per cent sales increase in like-for-like terms. The result was sales of AUS $ 5.868 bn for the first three quarters, which amounts to 6.1 per cent more than the previous comparable period. The increase in like-for-like terms came to 3.6 per cent.
