Following the anticipated departure of Euan Sutherland from the main board of Kingfisher, two new members are moving into the top directorate from senior management positions within the group on 1 March. Guy Colleau is to become CEO for group sourcing and offer, in which function he will have responsibility for the sourcing offices and own-label products. Colleau is currently still CEO of Castorama France. His successor in this position is Véronique Laury, who has already served as commercial strategy director at Kingfisher, as well as commercial director of B&Q United Kingdom and Castorama France. Steve Willet is the second new member of the Kingfisher board. As CEO for group development and productivity he is expected to accelerate both productivity and the group’s multi-channel plans. In addition he will remain responsible for the Screwfix trade business.
