Capital increase is coming

It is expected that the German Praktiker AG will this week begin on the planned capital increase that should bring in gross issuing proceeds of € 60 mio. A court ruling has cleared the way for this undertaking. The general meeting in early July had decided in favour of increasing the share capital from € 58 mio to over € 115 mio.
