Bricostore quits Hungary

Bricostore, a French DIY retailer, is withdrawing from Hungary. This is revealed by two reports in the Hungarian media, though these have not been confirmed so far. They state that all nine of the group’s stores in Hungary are to be closed down by 31 December 2012. The company opened its first store in the country in 1998. It also has operations in Romania and Croatia.
