The Ukrainian DIY retailer Nova Linia has developed a new format, to which it has gradually been converting its current total of 16 stores. The stores in Kremenchug and Zaporozhye were chosen for the pilot projects. The new concept puts much more emphasis on decorative ranges than was previously the case. The Design Studio set up in each store to offer customers a better advisory service for more costly projects is part of this fresh approach. Our specialist magazine DIY International brings a detailed report on the new format of the Nova Linia stores in the latest issue, which has just come out. DIYglobal is also publishing an extensive gallery of photos taken in the converted stores (see below: Other articles on this subject).
