FEDIYMA now in Sweden

FEDIYMA, the European manufacturers’ association, has its first individual member in Scandinavia. Since 1 August the Swedish fastening specialist Isaberg Rapid has belonged to the association, which interprets its joining as a vital step towards setting up a DIY manufacturers’ association in Sweden. Rapid operates in 120 countries. Headquartered in Hestra, the company has other production facilities and warehouses at St Amé in France and Shanghai in China. The 1 000-strong workforce generated sales of € 11 mio in 2011. FEDIYMA is expecting further additions in the months to come.
