The Swedish trading company Clas Ohlson achieved a sales increase of eight per cent in June 2012. Especially good progress was evident in Norway and Britain, where sales were up by nine per cent and 18 per cent respectively on the same period last year. Total sales in May and June increased by seven per cent to SEK 937 mio.As many as 19 outlets were added by comparison with June 2011. Moreover, between fifteen and twenty more new openings are planned up to the end of next year. Currently the company has 162 stores in operation.
