Michael Hürter moves from a paper trading company to a DIY retailer

The Baumax board will soon have its full complement again for the first time since the departure of Alois Penninger last December. Michael Hürter, 49, who is currently senior vice president of Papyrus, a paper trading company based in Ettlingen, will be the new member on the board of the Austrian DIY multiple as of 1 July 2012. Hürter moved from Tengelmann/Plus to Papyrus in 2010. Previous to that he had held management positions at Lidl and Aldi.
