Tenth member

Byko, an Icelandic hardware and building materials dealer, has joined the European buying association Bricoalliance as its tenth member. With seven outlets and annual sales of € 70 mio, Byko is considered to be Iceland’s market leader. Its customers are home-owners and DIYers as well as professional building contractors. The company is part of the Norvik holding group. Apart from its retailing business, this group is also active as a timber merchant and sawmill operator in Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Britain and Sweden. The two partners believe that their agreement will open up procurement possibilities for Bricoalliance in this product field.
