Satisfaction with Hornbach

Hornbach is the DIY store that best satisfies customers in Austria. This is revealed in a survey, Customer Monitor Austria 2011. On a scale of 1 = extremely satisfied to 5 = not satisfied, the German chain achieves a rating of 2.27. Following in second place is Raiffeisen/Lagerhaus (2.45), while the Obi Group, also based in Germany, takes third place (2.48). Bauhaus (2.61) and the Austrian market leader Baumax (2.63) both remain below the average of 2.52 points.
