Open to new channels of distribution

BHB, the German DIY Retailers’ Association, has given itself a new name. It now functions as the “Handelsverband Heimwerken, Bauen, Garten” (DIY, Building and Garden Retail Association). The association intends the renaming to end the restriction to the DIY distributive channel and to open up new channels such as the specialist trade and the internet.
