Doubling of store total

Byggmax, a DIY retailer with activities in Norway and Finland as well, is planning yet another store for central Sweden. Scheduled for opening in Smedjebacken, Ludvika, in spring 2012, this will result in the company having more than doubled its total number of outlets in Sweden to 59 since 2003. The new DIY store will be some 8 000 m² in size and feature a drive-in facility. The sales of Byggmax in Sweden amounted to approximately € 311 mio in 2010.
