Double-digit growth for Clas Ohlson in August, and five per cent from May to July

Swedish retailer Clas Ohlson ended the first quarter of the company’s financial year (1 May to 31 July 2011) with sales up by five per cent on the same period last year to SEK 1.324 bn. In August, during which the company opened its twelfth outlet in the United Kingdom, it recorded sales of SEK 527 mio, or ten per cent more than for the same month last year.
