New sequence of days in Bilbao

The Ferroforma trade fair in Bilbao, Spain, is changing its sequence of days. The next staging of the event will be from 12 to 15 March 2013, which is Tuesday to Friday, not Wednesday to Saturday as was previously the case. As the fair’s advisory committee has recommended, more work is to be put into increasing the internationality of the event. The main aim here is to appeal to the industry in emerging markets, especially those in Latin America, as well as in neighbouring countries such as France and Portugal. In addition there has been a change of personnel in the management of the fair organisers, Bilbao Exhibition Centre: in the future Arrate Tellaetxe will be responsible for Ferroforma. She succeeds Angel Pereda, who was in charge of the fair right from the start and is now retiring.
