Energy efficiency still a hot topic

At the next Saie, the building fair scheduled to be held in the Italian city of Bologna from 5 to 8 October, the topic of sustainability will again play a major role. Three halls will be dedicated to the subject of energy-efficient building methods in the Saienergia segment. As explained in a communication from the fair organisers, a complete rethink on this subject has taken place in Italy over recent years. Now 65 per cent of Italian home owners consider that sustainable modernisation of their property is the most meaningful way to enhance its value.
