Homebase sales down

Homebase, the British DIY chain belonging to the Home Retail Group, completed the 2010/2011 financial year (ended 26 February 2011) with sales of £ 1.551 mio. That is 1.4 per cent down on the previous year. After eight store closures the decline came to 0.3 per cent in like-for-like terms. Homebase currently has 341 stores in operation.
