Lowe’s: Charles Canter to retire

An announcement from Lowe’s reveals that Charles Canter, Executive Vice President (EVP), is to retire from the company in March 2011. Mr Canter has occupied a variety of managerial positions since joining Lowe’s in 1974. He has been Executive Vice President since 2006. The nomination of his successor is expected before the end of the fiscal year.
