More buyers from abroad

The Taiwan Hardware Show attracted a total of 18 461 trade visitors from 35 countries. According to official information, the proportion of international buyers saw an increase of 36 per cent. At the event, which was staged in Taipeh from 21 to 23 October 2010, 250 exhibitors displayed their products on 400 stands. Among other events, the supplementary programme included an appraisal of the new trade agreement with China known as the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA).
