Hornbach expansion in Czechia

Hornbach, a German DIY retailer, intends to continue with expansion in Czechia. The company expects to open two DIY and garden stores complete with drive-in builder centres in Pilsen and Ostrava next spring, when it will have eight outlets in operation in this neighbouring country. Up to three more branches are to be added over the next five years as well. In the long term Hornbach can envisage between 13 and 15 stores altogether in Czechia.
