Franchising business in Bosnia

Operating under the name of BFS Franchise-Systeme d.o.o., the regional franchise company owned jointly by Baywa (51 per cent) and its Bosnian partner Stanić Invest d.o.o. (49 per cent) will be exploiting the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in Croatia as well later on, from a base in Sarajevo. According to information from the head office of Baywa in Munich, Markus Daik and Sanela Kozadra-Tanasic have been named as managing directors of the company. The future sales outlets will appear under the "Duo" banner, with an added tag according to their orientation: whether DIY & garden store, builders' merchant or a combination of both.
