Congress plus Lifetime Award

The organisers of the first European Home Improvement Forum in Vienna expect to welcome around 400 delegates to the event. The congress, to be held on 10 and 11 June 2010, is being organised by EDRA and FEDIYMA, European associations of DIY retailers and manufacturers. The heads of several leading DIY companies will feature among the list of speakers. The highlight of the occasion will be the presentation of the European DIY Lifetime Award to Sir Geoffrey Mulcahy, who was CEO of Kingfisher until the end of 2002. The eulogy will be delivered by Manfred Maus, the founder of Obi.
