Clas Ohlson sees sales increase by 16 per cent in nine months

The Swedish DIY retailer Clas Ohlson has announced sales growth of 16 per cent to SEK 4.478 bn for the first nine months of its current financial year (May 2009 to January 2010). The month of January saw sales rise by 14 per cent (11 per cent in local currencies) to SEK 438 mio. However, the company's present total of 116 stores is 16 higher than in January 2009.
