More exhibitors and visitors

The Japanese trade fair group consisting of the International Flower Expo Tokyo (Ifex), the International Garden Expo (Gardex) and, for the first time this year, the International Exterior Expo (Extepo) recorded exhibitor and visitor figures that were slightly up. The total of 855 exhibitors (2008: 846) attracted 31 928 visitors (2008: 31 891) to the event, which was held from 11 - 13 November. Gardex, which was part of the multi-trade show for the third time this year, added three new sections to its structure: kitchen garden, hardware and power tools, and garden accessories.
