Industry meeting in Greece

The fourth DIY Conference will be held at the Dais Conference Centre in Athens on 26 November 2009. This year’s event will be based on the theme of “Opportunities in the midst of a global DIY crisis”. Around 200 leading figure from both trade and industry are expected to attend the event. The speakers will include John Herbert (EDRA), Peter Wüst (Bau+DIY/Germany) and John Apostolidis (Praktiker Hellas), among others. Simultaneous interpretation of the proceedings into English will be available. The one-day conference is being organised by the publishing house Karydakis, which brings out a trade publication for the Greek DIY sector as well as two do-it-yourself magazines, one for men and one for women.
