Double-digit growth rates

The Swedish DIY retailer Clas Ohlson ended the first quarter of its financial year (31 July 2009) with an increase of 16 per cent in sales to SEK 1.228 bn. Operating profit rose by 31 per cent to SEK 141 mio, with profit after tax increasing by 30 per cent to SEK 101 mio.
