Goodbye to lawns

The Al-Ko Kober Group of Kötz (Germany) is taking over the Brill brand of lawn care equipment from Brill Gloria Haus- und Gartengeräte of Witten/Neu-Ulm (Germany). Brill Gloria intends to concentrate in future on the sprayer product category under the Gloria brand name, which it believes has great growth potential. Al-Ko intends to carry on producing the Brill brand as a premium supplier with a broader product range. The company is acquiring the proprietary rights, patents, stocks, tools and production machinery, together with the entire customer distribution both at home and abroad.
