New garden platform

Garden Expo will be staged for the first time in Stoneleigh Park, near Coventry, from 28 - 30 June 2010. The organisers of this new garden trade fair, Clarion Events, have the support of the Horticultural Trade Association and the Federation of Garden & Leisure Manufacturers (Gardenex), who have been instrumental in inaugurating the new fair. The aim of the new event is to offer the horticultural industry a cost-effective platform which, at the same time, takes into account the commitments and demands of the branch in terms of listing discussions. The result of this is that Glee, the Birmingham garden trade fair, which opens to visitors in September, will be getting a rival event for the first time.
