Two new openings

Rautakesko has recently launched one K-Rauta in Sweden and one in Russia. The outlet in Sweden, which opened in Halmstad on 26 March 2009, has an overall retail area of 11 000 m², of which 5 200 m² is designated as indoor space. The Finnish company has 21 stores in Sweden following this new opening. The store in Russia, which opened in Jaroslavl on 28 March 2009, has an overall retail area of 16 500 m² that includes a heated space of 7 200 m². This is the first outlet to be opened by the company outside St Petersburg.
