Fourth time in the desert

At the IPM Dubai from 3 to 5 March 2009, 240 exhibitors from 22 nations displayed their range of products in the categories of plants, technology, floristry, sales promotion, plant care and logistics. The exhibitors – ten more than the previous year – gave a positive resumé of their participation at the fair, according to a report from Messe Essen, which organised the trade fair in cooperation with a joint venture partner, Planetfair of Dubai. As the report mentions, there was special praise for the quality of the 2 261 visitors (2008: 2 537), who mainly came from the Middle and Far East.
