Kingfisher has sold Castorama in Italy for € 615 mio

Kingfisher has sold Castorama in Italy to Leroy Merlin Italy for € 615 mio. According to a statement from CEO Ian Cheshire, the group will use € 600 mio of this sum for debt reduction.
