Hagebau in the black

Hagebau reports centrally invoiced sales from January to September 2008 up by 3.5 per cent to € 3.095 bn when compared with the same period last year. It also reports that revenue in Germany has seen growth of 3.9 per cent to € 2.889 bn. An increase of 3.2 per cent in sales revenue is reported for the Hagebaumarkt stores. At the end of September the 296 German and Austrian partners had a total of 1 177 units in operation, 1 026 of which were in Germany. That amounts to growth of 73 outlets. Hagebau expects growth of around 3.5 per cent in sales turnover for the full 2008 financial year.
