The services and supplementary programme offered by the Horti horticultural trade fair in Amsterdam are being extended. Admission is now free for trade visitors, and the retail segment of the fair is being greatly expanded. The “Retail Inspiration” pavilion is just one example of the new features. The key theme of the exhibition, which is due to be held from 14 to 17 October 2008, is sustainable growth. More than 800 exhibitors are expected at the event, and close to 50 000 visitors.
