Takeover of watering business

Bosch has acquired the Nelson Consumer Products and Sunterra divisions with garden watering and outdoor décor business from the L.R. Nelson Corporation of Peoria, Illinois (USA), with which the company generated sales of US $ 80 mio (approx. € 54 mio) in 2007. The newly acquired divisions are to be integrated into Bosch's existing garden and watering products business in the USA.
