Planned changeover in Munich

Baywa has had a new chief executive since 1 July 2008. Klaus Josef Lutz has, according to plan, taken over from Wolfgang Deml, who has gone into retirement. The board had designated Mr Lutz as Mr Deml's successor at the beginning of March.
