Increase in popularity

Domotex Middle East – the international trade fair for carpets and floor coverings in the Gulf region – closed after its three-day run with growth on both the exhibitor and visitor sides. A total of 280 exhibitors (2007: 269 exhibitors) from 36 countries presented their products and novelties at the trade fair in Dubai. Altogether 243 of the 280 exhibitors filling the 12 000 m² of exhibition space came from abroad. Held from 25 – 27 May 2008, the event attracted 6 430 trade visitors (2007: 6 326 trade visitors) from 91 countries interested in obtaining an overview of the individual product areas. The next Domotex Middle East will again be held in Dubai from 12 – 14 May 2009.
